Challenge:
McDonald's wanted to demonstrate appreciation for their employees for working during Covid-19. With that being said, full-scale production was impossible due to the pandemic. Oddly enough, our biggest problem became fuel for an even better outcome.
Solution:
Instead of a corporate voice, we sourced user generated content around the country from McDonald's employees. The project exceeded client expectation of company-wide internal impact. McDonalds loved the final execution so much, they prompted owners/operators and even the U.S Market President to post the video on their social media channels.
